Where Rishayoni comes from
Rishayoni started from a simple observation: the official past papers exist, but nobody explains them in the languages olim actually think in. Every question is transcribed from the official papers published by the authorities, every explanation written to be understood — not recited.
Not a content farm: a tool born from a real need, built and used daily by someone preparing the same exam as you.
Rishayoni is built by Alexandre Chicheportiche, an oleh from France and himself a candidate for the real-estate brokers exam of 15 November 2026. Every question, every explanation and every brief goes through the tool he uses to revise.

No questions “in the spirit of the exam”: the papers themselves, with their official answer keys, including cancelled questions and double answers decided after appeals.
