Frequently asked questions
Do I have to enrol in a school to get the licence?
No. To become a real estate broker, the law requires neither school, nor degree, nor internship: you must pass the state exam of the Registrar of Brokers (25 questions, 60 points), then pay for the licence. Private schools exist; they are not compulsory.
Is it only multiple-choice questions?
No. Every topic has its study brief — the core of the law, the case law quoted in the exams, the traps — and every question is explained in your language, with the legal rule behind the answer. The questions are the real official papers: they check that the course has sunk in, then train you in real conditions.
What exactly is Rishayoni?
A preparation platform for the Israeli state exam for real estate brokers: the real official papers, timed mock exams in real conditions, and course notes by topic — with every explanation in your language.
Are these the real exam questions?
Yes. Every question comes from an official paper published by the Registrar of Brokers (Ministry of Justice, gov.il), with the official answer key — including annulled questions, graded like the real day. Nothing invented.
Can I sit the exam in my language?
The brokers’ written exam is in Hebrew. Two arrangements exist for olim who arrived less than ten years ago: free accommodations (including extra time), to be requested at least 30 days before the exam, and an oral exam of about twenty minutes before a panel, with an interpreter whenever possible. Check the current conditions on gov.il — and prepare in your language while getting used to the Hebrew of the questions.
How much does it cost?
The trial is free, no credit card: one full official paper, the 10-question diagnostic and one course note. Full access costs 349 ₪, once and for all: it lasts until you pass, following sessions included.
When is it available?
The trial is open now: start the diagnostic at rishayoni.com/app, no account needed. Full access is ordered in one tap from the app: the request is recorded, you get an email, and access is unlocked by hand within 24 h. Card payment is coming.
What if I fail my exam?
Your access stays valid until you pass: keep studying and sit the next session without paying again. We win when you pass, not when you fail.
What is the starting diagnostic?
Ten official questions, no correction until the end, about eight minutes. You get your starting score, the breakdown by topic, and the app works out your next step from it. It is free and part of the account.
On which device?
Phone, tablet or computer, in the browser, nothing to install. Your progress is synced to your account: you start a sprint on the bus and sit your mock exam on the computer.
