Terms & refunds

This translation is provided for convenience; the French version is the legally binding one.

Payments are not open yet. These terms are published for transparency during the build phase; they take effect at commercial launch, after review by an Israeli lawyer. The free trial can be used with no commitment and no card.

1. The publisher

Rishayoni is a preparation platform for Israeli licensing exams, operated from Israel. Contact: contact@rishayoni.com.

The seller’s billing details (name, עוסק dealer status, tax identification number) will be completed here before the first sale, as Israeli law requires.

2. The service

Full access to a track includes: the question bank drawn from official exam papers with their official answer keys and explanations written by Rishayoni, timed mock exams, study briefs by topic, and progress tracking synced across devices. Content is provided “as is” and grows with each official session.

“Access until you pass” means: your access to the purchased track stays active through successive official exam sessions, until you pass that track’s exam — with no further payment for later sessions.

3. Price and payment

The price is displayed in shekels (₪), inclusive of applicable Israeli taxes, at the time of purchase. Payment is a one-time charge through a secure payment provider; Rishayoni never sees or stores your card details. An invoice (חשבונית) is issued as required by Israeli law.

4. Refunds — 14 days, no questions asked

You have 14 days from purchase to request a full refund, no reason needed. Simply email contact@rishayoni.com from your account address; the refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days, with no cancellation fee.

Legal note: the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (חוק הגנת הצרכן, s. 14ג) governs cancellation of distance sales but excludes digital content (“מידע” as defined in the Computers Law) from the mandatory right of withdrawal. The 14-day guarantee above is therefore Rishayoni’s voluntary commitment, more protective than the legal minimum. It applies once per track per customer.

Under s. 14ג1 of the same law, if you are a person with a disability, a senior citizen (אזרח ותיק) or a new immigrant (עולה חדש) and the distance sale included a conversation (including electronic), you may cancel within 4 months of purchase, under the conditions the law provides.

5. Your account

Access is personal: one account, one person. Credential sharing, bulk extraction of content (systematic copying, scraping, republication) or resale of access leads to account suspension, with no refund beyond the guarantee above. You can delete your account at any time from the app (“Delete my account”) — deletion is immediate and permanent.

6. Intellectual property and sources

The explanations, study briefs, translations and the app itself are Rishayoni’s property. Practice questions come from the official exam papers published by the Israeli authorities (gov.il), which remain their source; the answer keys applied are the official ones, including annulled questions. Your purchase grants personal use, not a redistribution licence.

7. What Rishayoni does not promise

• Rishayoni is an independent preparation tool: it is affiliated neither with the Ministry of Justice, nor the רשם המתווכים, nor any examination authority.
• The content is not legal advice. In case of divergence, the official Hebrew texts prevail — including over our translations, whose review status is flagged in the app.
• No guarantee of passing the exam is given: success depends on your work.
• Rishayoni’s liability, whatever the cause, is capped at the amount you actually paid.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Israeli law. Any dispute falls to the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights granted by the law of your country of residence. As the company is Israeli, the Hebrew version of these terms will be the binding one as soon as it has been reviewed by an Israeli lawyer; until then, the French version — the drafting language — prevails.
